Our cross-disciplinary team of battery cell experts at the BMW Group evaluates next-generation battery modules, cells, and subcomponents for automotive use. We focus on advancing lithium-ion battery cell technology and future innovations in electromobility.

What awaits you?

* You will gain insight into the current state of development of lithium-ion battery cell technology and future innovations.

* Furthermore, you will experience the working methods of a pre-development team firsthand.

* In addition, you will support battery cell projects in the field of cell development and validation.

* Moreover, you will help with fill level inspection, setting up experiments, and analyzing data.

What should you bring along?

* Studies in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials sciences, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.

* Understanding of the fundamentals of battery cells.

* Analytical thinking and structured approach to tasks.

* Experience with computer vision-based machine learning, MATLAB, Python, or similar data analysis tools for fill level inspection.

* Business-fluent English skills.
