About this Position

What you´ll do

* Contribute to trend and inspiration work by helping conceptualize and create global inspirational and educational content for our clients, professional hairdressers
* Support the planning, organization, and execution of our HAIR BY SCHWARZKOPFPRO platform, including professional photo shoots with international teams and talents, as well as roll-out events and training activities
* Assist in steering projects in close collaboration with internal departments (marketing, digital, education), regional and global Schwarzkopf Professional teams, creative agencies, and leading hairdressers and artists
* Support operational processes within the respective Henkel team while ensuring compliance with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules, and regulations

What makes you a good fit

* Enrolled in a business-related degree (e.g., marketing, communications, event management, PR) with first semesters completed; practical experience in related fields is a plus.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
* Passion for the beauty care industry, creativity, and a strong sense for aesthetics
* Excellent communication, organizational and hands-on skills with high attention to detail
* Open-minded team player, proactive, flexible, reliable, and able to work independently
* Available for a 6-month internship starting 15 June 2026

We offer you an attractive compensation of EUR1,050-2,270 gross per month. The exact amount depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory), and any previous degrees you may already have.
