Working Student, eCommerce DACH (m/f/d) - Hamburg
(20 hours/week & temporary for 6 months)

Join Pandora's dynamic eCommerce team as an eCommerce Working Student DACH and gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital trading across Northern Europe. You will support the team in creating compelling online experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving commercial performance focusing on the DACH markets.
This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to learn about digital commercial strategy, brand storytelling, and eCommerce operations in a fast-paced, global environment.

WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:
Commercial Support & Campaign Coordination
* Support the execution of campaigns and product drops across eCommerce platforms.
* Help align updates with product launches, seasonal initiatives, and commercial objectives.
* Ensure execution aligns with global guidelines and reflects local priorities and campaigns.
* Collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging and customer-centric content.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
* Possibility to help monitor product, category and content performance and make recommendations for improvement, using tools and metrics provided by the team.
* Participate in A/B testing efforts to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Team Collaboration
* Work closely with the Market Experts and other departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
* Support team meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and tracking action items.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
