Your tasks
As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours. From 15.07.2026, you will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

* Support in the design and implementation of measures in occupational health management (BGM)
* Collaboration on projects in the area of health promotion and mental health at work
* Support in planning and organizing internal health initiatives
* Preparation and preparation of presentations and analyses with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
* Supporting internal communication on wellness and health issues
* Research and preparation of relevant information and trends in the healthcare sector
* Close cooperation with the team and support in day-to-day operations

Your profile
You are studying social sciences, communication studies, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Solid knowledge of occupational health management (BGM)
* Understanding and interest in health promotion
* Basic mental health skills at work
* First experience with project management basics
* Strong communication skills
* Safe use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Nice-to-have Skills
* First practical experience in the area of wellbeing, health & safety (e.g. through student projects, internships or part-time jobs)
* Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization to derive recommendations for action
* Strong presentation and moderation skills
* Affinity for digital tools and platforms in health management
