What you can expect:
* Active participation in one of our data-driven project teams
* Participation in the development of digital solutions and support in managing external development partners
* Designing and implementing suitable change management measures for rollouts of digital solutions
* Participation in the creation and conception of important decision templates and workshop formats

Qualifikationen

* Ongoing studies, preferably in the field of economics
* Basic understanding of entrepreneurial contexts and ideally some experience in change management
* Very good communication skills in German and English
* Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
* Initial experience with Power BI is an advantage
* Initiative, reliability, quick comprehension and analytical thinking are part of your personality
* Fun at work and a pinch of humor
