In the "Retail of the Future" project, we are aligning our existing Mercedes-Benz Cars sales business model with future requirements and finding new innovative ways to meet them for our European region.
We are developing a disruptive, digital sales model that systematically focuses on the challenges of digital change in automotive retail, including customer focus through consistent multi-channel sales, innovative business models by analyzing customer data and stronger positioning as a luxury brand through a revolutionary pricing model.
Sweden, Austria and Germany were our first European roll-out markets and serve as a pilot for cooperation with other market companies and the development of a blueprint concept for other European markets (such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, etc.).

We are looking for your active support for our team from September 2024.
These are some of the challenges you will face
* Elaboration, further development and implementation of project-specific tasks on content-related sales topics, such as digitally integrated sales processes and cross-project measures for market stabilization
* Conceptualization and further development of a new sales system for the Mercedes-Benz showrooms in Europe as part of a digital sales model
* Organization of meetings, committees and workshops with other work packages of the project and the European contacts
* Planning and implementing the project rollout using agile methods
* Collaboration in the creation and preparation of presentation documents, decision papers and management reports
* Active participation in project management tasks and tracking
* Development of documentation material and administration of the SharePoint/JIRA team platform

Qualifikationen

* Degree in economics, business administration with a specialization in sales, marketing, controlling, management, international business, business informatics or a comparable course of study with outstanding academic achievements
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Structured way of working and analytical thinking
* Open-mindedness as well as independent and goal-oriented work
* Commitment and intrinsic motivation for automotive sales
* Affinity for digital solutions and technologies as well as teamwork and communication skills
* Project management / sales or marketing knowledge is an advantage
* Initial practical experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility and a high affinity for the automotive sector desirable

Internship duration at least 5-6 months.
