Job Description
ServiceNow Germany is seeking Sales and Technology-Focused Interns with an interest in developing their skills in customer-facing roles, including opportunities to explore areas that blend technical understanding with relationship management. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to support our sales teams across various stages of the sales process.
Our interns play a vital role in supporting sales management with reporting and research, assisting the account team with customer engagement, and gaining insight into how we tailor solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do as a Sales and Technology-Focused Interns:
* Collaborate with Account Teams in Go-to-Customer activities.
* Orchestrate, prepare, and follow up on internal and customer meetings.
* Track and ensure completion of action items from Account Planning.
* Contribute to event planning, marketing, and public relations initiatives.
* Conduct customer and market research to support business strategies.
* Assist with optimizing processes and sector business planning.
* Work alongside experienced professionals in building relationships with customers and identifying potential opportunities
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Qualifications
* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
* You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field for the sales role, as we value a wide range of perspectives and skills. However, for roles involving a stronger technical focus and customer engagement, degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other technical disciplines are preferred.
* You have an interest in social media and strong skills in MS Office applications.
* Interest in software sales or a career blending technical skills with customer-facing roles.
* You're independent, quick to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment.
* You're able to manage your own projects and take initiative.
* You have a keen interest in software sales and customer-facing roles that require technical insight.
* You're fluent in German (native or near-native proficiency) and able to commute to our Munich or Frankfurt offices 1-2 times a week.
* Available to work for 6 months
