Please make sure that these are all collated into one document: Cover letter (including a brief overview of your contributions to promoting diversity, inclusion and/or community service) Resume Academic Transcripts A video response OR written response to the question: Which one of the following best reflects what diversity and inclusion in a workplace means to you? Please explain why you selected that option, drawing on your own experiences where possible. A) Making sure people from different backgrounds feel respected and included, not just hired. B) Giving everyone a fair chance to succeed, even if that means offering extra support to some people. C) Creating a workplace where people can be themselves and feel safe to speak up. D) Bringing together people with different ideas, cultures, and experiences to improve how teams work. If submitting a written response, it must be 400 words or less. If submitting a video response, it must be 2 minutes or less and must be provided as a hyperlink (eg YouTube, Vimeo etc).
