Main Responsabilities :
Sales & Service :
* Be the client's first impression of Hermès image & convey warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity at all times
* Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the store
* Provide excellent customer service adapted the culture & personality of each client and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the Hermès brand image
* Develop sales across all product universes, always keeping in mind the quality of products & the excellence of service that Hermès wishes to give to its clients
* Identify & handle client enquiries and concerns
Participate in the life of the store :
* Communicate your enthusiasm to those around you
* Demonstrate versatility : product knowledge and participation in sales-related tasks
* Be supportive of peers
Profile :
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong team spirit
* Ability to lead and drive performance and customer service
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and outstanding organizational skills
* Spirit of curiosity, broad interest/knowledge in topics of general culture
* Ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy
* Presents perfectly (grooming)
* Fluent in English. Any other language is a strong asset
