Your Role And Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

* Common to all positions: continuous process improvement initiatives and project management focused on operational enhancements.

Treasury Internship (2 openings) -

* Support for activities related to cash management, preparation of analytical reports, and operational support documentation (back-end).
* Support for banking operations, with a primary focus on managing IBM accounts (opening, closing, controls, maintenance, among others).

Accounts Receivable Americas Internship (1 opening) - Accounts Receivable is part of Business Support Operations, the area responsible for supporting IBM Financing operations for the Americas.

* Collections and credit line support: accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, and credit limit support for business partners.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
* Advanced English.
* Strong analytical, mediation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Experience with process improvement and system implementation.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or Marketing.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* Fluency in Spanish.
* Excel and data analysis: strong spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
* Experience in collections and accounts receivable management.
* Knowledge of billing, settlement, contract management, and reconciliation processes.
* Proficiency with numbers and mathematical calculations
