Your role

Are you an organized and process-drive person?

We're looking for an Intern to join the WM Ops team in the MFO Middle Office to:

* perform fund registrations and updates of our managed funds in external funds and counterparties
* check and distribute position and portfolio reports to front office and management teams
* assist with operational controls, reconciliations, and data analysis
* collaborate with internal teams (commercial, compliance, technology) to ensure precision and predictability
* preparing and sending portfolio and position reports to front office and portfolio management teams
* additionally, you will support operational processes within the Middle Office, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all deliverables

Your team

You'll be part of the Wealth Management MFO Middle Office team in São Paulo, responsible for critical processes that support portfolio management and client service for the Multi Family Office.

Your expertise

* currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
* availability to work on-site in São Paulo
* interest in learning about investment funds and Middle Office operations
* organized, curious, and proactive profile
* basic knowledge of financial products and Excel
* English is desirable; programming skills (including low-code) will be considered a plus
