Payroll - HR Internship

Your role

Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail? We're looking for an intern to:

* support onboarding processes, including review and validation of hiring documentation
* assist with employee data entry and maintenance in payroll systems (e.g., ADP)
* support time and attendance control for interns and apprentices
* provide administrative support and employee inquiries
* assist with occupational health processes (e.g., scheduling medical exams)
* organize documentation related to HR administrative and labor processes

Your team

You'll be part of the HR Team based in Sao Paulo and you'll also be able to draw on our payroll network worldwide. As an intern, you'll play a vital role in protecting our competitive edge through the acquisition of our greatest asset - our people.

Your expertise

* availability to work 6 hours per day/30 hours per week (hybrid model 4x1)
* students of Business Administration, Psychology or related courses with graduation by Dec/2027 or after
* ideally advanced English and fluent Portuguese skilss
* solid MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (programming skills will be a differential)
* solid understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience in applying them to streamline and automate business processes
* strong verbal and written communication
* strong analytical and problem solving abilities
* ability to handle multiple tasks with confidence
* passionate about providing memorable service to colleagues and candidates alike
