Your role

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to:
* support day-to-day HR operations and provide assistance to apprentices, interns, employees, and managers across different divisions through shared mailboxes and in-person interactions.
* support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding, employee communications, employee programs, and HR initiatives, helping deliver a positive employee experience.
* assist with recruitment and hiring-related processes, including document verification, onboarding administration, and other operational support activities.
* support employee inquiries by providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and programs while collaborating with different HR teams as needed.
* assist with HR administrative and operational processes, maintaining records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
* support payment-related activities, invoice follow-up, vendor contact, and tracking of HR-related expenses.
* collaborate with different HR teams and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your team
You will be part of local HR Specialists within the HR Service Delivery Brazil team based in Sao Paulo. We are responsible to provide excellence in HR process - recruiting, payroll, operations, and rewards - across all divisions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines while working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
Your expertise
* students of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related courses with graduation by Dec/2027 or after
* availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office 6 hours per day/30 hours per week
* strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
* proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn.
* strong verbal and written communication skills.
* ideally advanced English and Fluent Portuguese
* solid MS Office skills; knowledge of data analysis, artificial intelligence or automation tools will be considered a plus.
