What will you do:
* Support talent acquisition by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
* Assist with learning and development programs by organizing training sessions and tracking participation
* Help process payroll and rewards activities while ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance
* Contribute to workforce operations by updating employee information and responding to routine HR inquiries
