EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

You will:
* Support daily operational activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
* Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain automated reporting tools to improve visibility of performance metrics.
* Contribute to forecasting and planning initiatives, including Demand Planning solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven and AI-enabled projects

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You have:
* Foundation in AI/ML concepts through coursework or practical projects.
* Skills in Power BI for dashboard creation, data modeling, or reporting.
* Strong Excel capabilities, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
* Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration and information management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
Nice to have:
* Experience with Python, SQL, or similar data tools
* Familiarity with operational workflows in a technology-driven environment
* Prior internship or project experience in operations, analytics, or consulting
