The Opportunity
This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Vascular Division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.
* Under the supervision of the Product Manager, Coronary the Marketing Intern supports the brand on many tactical aspects of the business.
* The Marketing Intern's focus is to deliver on short term on-going programs by ensuring that all key steps of the projects are completed.
* The Marketing Intern will participate in new product introductions by supporting the Marketing team on planning and implementation of key programs.
* Excellent learning opportunity if you are looking to step into the medical device/healthcare space.

Required Qualifications
* Candidates must be enrolled in a university and currently in the process of completing an MBA.
* Good understanding of the healthcare environment, pharmaceutical marketplace and the sales and marketing processes.

* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Dynamic, proactive, business and results-focused.
* Strong analytical and data management skills.
