Position: Product Development Intern/Co-op

Education Recommendations:
Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

As Part of the Team You Will:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DSP ASICs, analog high-speed ASICs, and optics for next-generation coherent pluggable modules.
* Develop and simulate algorithms to enhance system-level performance across innovative projects.
* Optimize existing algorithms to improve efficiency and functionality in practical applications.
* Build and maintain lab setups for calibration, characterization, and testing of advanced optical systems.
* Conduct performance measurements and analysis to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
* Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You're a Great Fit If You Have:
* Advanced understanding of optimization algorithms and methods.
* Fundamental understanding of optical communication systems, photonic integrated components, and electronic circuits.
* Hands-on experience with system-level optical communication hardware.
* Proficiency in high-speed optical and electrical test equipment.
* Programming experience in MATLAB and Python
