This role offers a unique deep dive into film marketing and the entertainment industry, providing direct exposure to campaign management, audience development, and data analysis. If you are a university student with a deep passion for cinema, strong communication skills, an eye for social media trends, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we want to hear from you.
Work Model: We operate on a hybrid-remote schedule requiring three days in our Santiago office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the flexibility to also work from the office on Mondays and Fridays if preferred.
Where you'll have impact:
* Support the Marketing Manager and Coordinator in Chile with the planning, execution, and management of various partnerships, including brands, film institutions, festivals, arts organizations, and compatible platforms.
* Assist in executing additional promotions/campaigns to maximize subscriber acquisition and increase brand visibility.
* Coordinate digital campaigns with the core digital marketing team.
* Coordinate with key social media influencers to amplify MUBI's brand presence.
* Research and report on market trends.
* Carry out day-to-day tasks.
What you'll bring:
* Currently enrolled in UNIVERSITY.
* Fluent in English, organized, with excellent writing skills.
* Proficient in Google Sheets and Slides, with your own computer.
* Familiar with independent and international cinema.
* Interested in learning more about the film industry landscape.
* Curious about extracting insights from metrics (gathering, organizing, and analyzing data).
* Up to date with digital trends and knowledgeable about social media.
* A fast learner, eager to take on tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* Creative, willing to go beyond easy answers to find the best solution to any challenge.
* Multitasker and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* A good team player with a positive attitude.
