For Service Intern 服务实习生: 1. 协助为客人提供精准且个性化的餐饮服务,确保符合酒店的卓越标准。 Assist in providing precise and personalized food and beverage service to guests, ensuring it meets the hotel's impeccable standards. 2. 熟悉餐桌布置、摆台及各种服务流程。 Become proficient in table setting, mise-en-place, and various service sequences. 3. 确保工作区域的整洁与卫生,遵守所有健康安全标准。 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering to all health and safety standards. 4. 积极与团队成员合作,为客人创造难忘的用餐体验。 Proactively collaborate with team members to create memorable dining experiences for guests. For Culinary Intern 厨房实习生: 1. 在厨师长的指导下,协助完成食材的初加工、准备和摆盘。 Assist in food preparation, mise-en-place, and plating under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef. 2.学习并遵守厨房的卫生、安全及食品储存标准。 Learn and adhere to the kitchen's sanitation, safety, and food storage standards. 3. 熟悉各类烹饪技巧和厨房设备的安全操作。 Become familiar with various cooking techniques and the safe operation of kitchen equipment. 4. 保持工作台、用具及厨房环境的整洁。 Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and the overall kitchen environment. 5. 支持厨房团队完成每日运营任务。 Support the culinary team in daily operational tasks.

教育背景: 目前正在攻读酒店管理、烹饪或相关专业的大专/本科课程。 Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Hospitality Management, Culinary or a related field. 服务意识: 注重细节,拥有出色的客户服务意识,致力于追求卓越。 Detail-oriented with a strong customer service ethos and a commitment to excellence. 身体状况: 能够适应轮班工作(早班/晚班/周末/节假日),并长时间站立工作。 Ability to work on shifts (early/late, weekends, and public holidays) and stand for long periods.
