Internship: Software Development in Suzhou R&D Center

Job Description:
Are you a highly motivated and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI technology within an innovative R&D environment? Join our team as an intern and contribute to exciting projects shaping the future of the aviation industry and AI software development.
Location: Suzhou R&D Centre
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: June 2025

Your Tasks Would Be:

* Software/Algorithm Development Support:
* Support the Computer Vision Data Labeling to train the model for high accuracy,
* Support development tools/ scripts for data management, processing and analysis.
* Lab Management Support:
* Support the maintenance of the R&D lab, including the user accounts, workstations, development tools, devices…
* Support 3D printing of the prototypes (could learn after join the team)

* In-depth Insights: Gain valuable insights into the operations and processes of our state-of-the-art R&D centre.
* Meaningful Responsibility: Take ownership of small-scale, short-term projects from inception to completion.
* Specialized Knowledge: Develop foundational knowledge in key areas such as Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, fast prototyping.
Qualifications:
* Basic knowledge of Software Engineering, experience with Python programming
* Basic knowledge of AI, especially computer vision related technologies
* Ability to think conceptually and strategically, with a passion for future-oriented design.
* Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team environment
* A proactive and self-driven approach with a strong desire to learn and find solutions
* A highly motivated, creative, and open-minded spirit with a "can-do" attitude.
* Fluent English and Chinese for seamless communication.
