Finance & Tax Intern

Location: Shanghai
Department: Statutory & Fiscal (S&F) / Finance
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day finance and tax operations by processing and organizing invoices, payment requests, reimbursement documents, and other supporting materials.
* Assist with data collection, consolidation, validation, and maintenance of financial records and trackers.
* Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel and other finance tools.
* Support documentation preparation for audits, tax filings, internal controls, and compliance reviews.
* Maintain accurate filing and archiving of finance and tax documents.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and Tax team as needed.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field.
* Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle routine tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
* Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or shared services is a plus.
