Tasks and responsibilities:
The role of the operation assistant is to take responsibility for supporting operation manager from Automobile Unit regarding the assist work for business operation, the functions and main responsibilities are included:
* To work in accordance with ABB Policy and Guidelines.
* Summary and update of monthly robot delivery quantity forecast data
* Compilation of robot inventory management reports and early warning if that exceeds the limit
* Compilation of monthly key financial data, such as data on monthly forecast profit changes
* Collection and report compilation of overdue payment data from various departments
* Monthly update of the project list involving legal issues
* To take responsibility for the other task assigned by the line manager.

Qualification:
* Bachelor's Degree or Master's student (currently studying) in business、financial or other relevant major
* Good spoken and written English.
* Microsoft office proficient, for Excel, Word, Power point,etc.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with good teamwork spirit.
* Relevant internship experience is a plus
* Be familiar with SAP system is prefer.
* Be willing to learn new things
