1. Responsible for content operations of website/App products, including content planning and organization, to enhance user experience and establish brand awareness; 2. Skilled at capturing trending topics and market themes in real-time, planning and managing partnerships with key communication channels, including but not limited to content services, trending topic programs, MCNs, VLOG creators, video production companies, and relevant video industry users; 3. Able to understand user needs, familiar with platform operation logic and data analytics, using content as a lever to drive product and operational innovation, and promote product development. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Talent Development Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. Candidates with a strong passion for the Southeast Asian region and proficiency in Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Filipino, or Vietnamese are especially encouraged to apply." Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, or Filipino) is required. 1. Possess data analysis and operational capabilities, sensitive to user needs and data insights, able to drive changes from user perspective and product experience standpoint, with a solid understanding of the internet industry; 2. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, equipped with independent and systematic thinking approach, logical and thoughtful, excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to facilitate project advancement and deliver results; 3. Proficient in languages or tool usage such as Excel, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and other media office software; 4. Broad knowledge base, excellent content capabilities, passionate about the video industry, understanding of content industry trends, able to capture trends and hot topics; 5. Fast learning ability, strong execution skills, adaptability to changes, stress tolerance, and excellent teamwork spirit
