The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you'll make an impact
1. You will assist senior team members with various tasks and projects relevant to your area of study or interest (e.g., research, data analysis, software development, marketing support, administrative duties).
2. You will conduct research and gather information to support ongoing initiatives, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
3. You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and perspectives also learn and apply company tools, processes, and methodologies.
4. You will collaborate with colleagues across different departments and functions also complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You can currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program from an accredited institution with strong academic record.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
6. Prior internship experience or project work is a plus but not required.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
