Your Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Enablement Specialist (Internship) to join our dynamic Global DEM SPME, Digital Enablement, Tools & Infrastructure Team. In this role, you will support the development of communication materials, marketing assets, and localized content to promote global digital tools within the organization and across the Greater China region. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation, digital marketing, and data analytics within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities in your new role
主要工作内容：

* Communications Production:
* Develop and localize communication materials, presentations, and marketing assets to promote global digital tools within the Greater China region.
* Assist in crafting engaging and impactful content that communicates the benefits of digital tools to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support internal communication campaigns and initiatives related to digital transformation.
* 传播内容制作推广全球数字赋能工具：
* 为大中华区开发本土化宣传材料、营销视频和营销简报推广我们的数字赋能工具
* 使用人工智能工具(e.g. DeepSeek, ChatGPT, etc.) 协助制作引人入胜、具有影响力的内容，向内外部利益相关者传达数字化工具的优势
* 支持与数字化转型相关的内部传播活动和项目
* Data Analytics and Reporting:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for the team and department.
* Prepare monthly reports on the adoption and effectiveness of digital tools, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of digital enablement initiatives.

* Digital Enablement Support:
* Contribute to the implementation of digital / automation tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
* Provide administrative and logistical support for digital enablement projects as required.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure digital tools align with organizational goals and needs.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
任职要求：

* Education:
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or similar.
* 学历要求：
* 目前正在攻读商科、信息系统或相关专业的硕士学位
* Skills & Competencies:
* Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus.
* Foundational knowledge of digital transformation concepts and tools in the B2B environment, basic knowledge of software development, and Python.
* Data analytics skills, with the ability to use tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other visualization platforms, to analyze and interpret data effectively.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
