2026 Internship Programme
Function: Media Management & Delivery
Location: Hong Kong
Role Summary and Impact
This intensive 2-month internship program is designed for students passionate about the future of media & advertising. You will be immersed in one of our core biddable media areas (SEM/Social, Programmatic, or SEO), gaining practical skills and industry knowledge. The program provides a unique opportunity to work on live client projects and culminates in a capstone project where you will address a real-world business challenge and present your findings to leadership, making a tangible contribution to our team.
Core Responsibilities:
Specialized Training & Development: Deep dive into a chosen specialization (Search/Social, Programmatic, or SEO), learning to develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns from scratch.
Campaign Support: Assist the team with monitoring ongoing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports and insights.
Capstone Project: Collaborate with a team of fellow interns to analyze a real-life business scenario, develop the strategy, and present your ideas and solutions to senior leaders at the end of the program.
Platform & Tool Expertise: Gain technical expertise through a combination of classroom training, e-learning modules, and on-the-job experience with industry-leading platforms and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Currently enrolled as a Year 2 to final year university student.
* A strong passion for and keen interest in digital advertising and marketing.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a plus.
* Prior exposure to digital marketing or advertising concepts through coursework or experience.
