YOUR ROLE
You take part in enhancing employee experience by supporting Shanghai site HR manager with employee relevant activities. You are expected to:
* Assist employee with Shanghai Hukou Application and Residence Permit Refreshing
* Support Shanghai Site Employee Activities & Employee Engagement events (including but not limited to Staff Forum, Sports activities, Management visits, Employee Communication/Roundtable, Annual Dinner, Outing, Birthday Celebration, Family Day and etc.)
* Provide preparatory work and on-site support to Shanghai Site training deployment
* Support employee award/recognition/festive benefits deployment
* Facilitate transparent and effective communication to employees regarding HR policies, tools and processes
* Other ad hoc requests or admin support as requested by manager or team
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Postgraduate majored in Human Resources, Public Affairs Management, Journalism & Communication or relevant
* Possess experience in supporting activity organization and project management
* Solid communication and writing skills, excel and PPT proficiency is also required
* Open-minded, proactive working attitude and down-to-earth approach
