Descripción del puesto:
* Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
* Assist in recruitment process (arranging interviews, contacting candidates, preparing documents)
* Help with onboarding activities for new employees (ID cards, documents, orientation setup)
* Maintain HR filing system and employee records
* Coordinate staff activities, training programs, and internal events
* Prepare HR materials such as posters, training records, and reports
* Support employee engagement initiatives (e.g., CARE program, recognition activities)
* Work with different departments to support HR projects and communication
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Studying in High Diploma/ Associate Degree or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline (Overseas students are welcome!)
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Chinese (Mandarin) speaking will be a plus but not a must
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Hard-working and willing to take ownership and initiative
