Summary

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives, supporting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.

How you will contribute
* Talent Acquisition
* Assist in talent acquisition process including job posting, resume screening through various channels, including local job boards and internal platform
* Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers

* Employee Engagement
* Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment
* Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities
* Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and other tools to assess engagement levels
* Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged

* General HR Support
* Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Coordinate and schedule business meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required

Who you are
* 5 working days per week preferred
* Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese which is a must
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources ( preferred) or other major
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* 6 months internship requests having valid work visa in HK
* We will sponsor work visa for 12 months internship
