WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

1. You are interested in retail and commercial activities, and you enjoy supporting the team in daily work.
2. You are organized, careful and comfortable handling routine tasks with attention to detail.
3. You have good communication skills and enjoy working with others in a team.
4. You are able to use basic office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
5. You are responsible, willing to learn and able to support the team in daily operations.
6. Good Chinese communication skills are required. Basic English reading and writing skills are required.
7. Experience in office support, coordination work or retail is an advantage, but not a must.

Job title:Commercial Activity Specialist (Intern）
Working time:
(Part-time, 24h/week), 24 hours per week, mainly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

1. Support the team in daily commercial planning and coordination work.
2. Help prepare and update briefs, working files, timelines, and presentation materials.
3. Follow up on routine tasks and support communication with relevant stakeholders.
4. Assist in collecting, organizing, and sharing information related to campaigns and commercial activities.
5. Support meeting preparation and follow-up on agreed actions.
6. Support other ad hoc tasks based on business needs.
