RECEPTION INTERN

The internship will give you the opportunity to:
· Put into practice the theories and concepts you have learnt.
· Gain insight into the luxury hotel industry in Cyprus.
· Build valuable networks for your future career.
· Discover potential fields of specialisation or area of future study.

The internship will cover aspects all aspects of front office operations including but not limited to greeting and checking-in hotel guests, providing assistance to guests during their stay, checking out hotel guests, making reservations and answering the telephone, and any other tasks as assigned.

The candidates should have:
· Good command of English, additional European language is an advantage.
· Drive to perform well and learn new things.
· Team spirit and pleasant personality.
· Energy and enthusiasm with excellent communication skills.
· Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
· EU or Swiss nationality/passport.

Accommodation provided by the hotel is located in the city centre of Paphos, across two of the biggest supermarkets (Sklavenitis and Lidl). It is opposite a park and near a bus stop. There are many shops on the main road next to the building. Interns will be accommodated in shared rooms with ensuite/private bathroom. Rooms come with a shared kitchen and sitting area on each floor. There is free wifi and all utility and building expenses are covered. Transportation from the Accommodation to the hotel on work days is included in the package.
