Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem-solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in Software Design & Solutions is required. Beginner proficiency in Custom Application Development and Software Engineering is suggested.
Follow established processes to deliver high-quality software components with attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively with team members to understand requirements and contribute to solution development.
Engage in continuous learning to improve technical skills and adapt to evolving project needs.
Assist in identifying common issues and contribute ideas to enhance software functionality.
Support the team by sharing insights and participating in discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
