Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Student/Intern in Sales, you will be working closely with our sales teams, including participating in programs such as Summit and other sales-related initiatives. You will be apprenticed with a sales team member, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a non-commissioned role. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assist Sales Team Members: Support sales team members with daily tasks and activities, observing and learning from their experiences and expertise.
* Participate in Sales Programs: Engage with sales-related programs, such as Summit, to gain exposure to sales methodologies and practices.
* Learn Sales Processes: Explore and understand sales processes and procedures, developing a basic understanding of sales principles and concepts.
* Collaborate with Colleagues: Interact with colleagues across the organization, building relationships and contributing to a positive team environment.
* Develop Skills and Knowledge: Contribute to your own learning and development, seeking opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in sales and related areas.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* Exposure to Sales Environment: Familiarity with sales teams and processes, gained through academic or extracurricular activities, or previous internships.
* Basic Understanding of Sales Principles: Foundational knowledge of sales concepts, methodologies, and practices, acquired through coursework or self-study.
* Interest in Sales-Related Programs: Awareness of sales-related initiatives, such as Summit, and a willingness to learn from participation in these programs.
* Curiosity about Sales Processes: Eagerness to explore and understand sales procedures, with a desire to develop skills and knowledge in this area.
* Engagement with Team Environments: Experience working collaboratively with others, contributing to a positive team dynamic, and building relationships with colleagues.
* English.
