TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or be discovered! The SMB Intern will support the Korea team in helping small and medium-sized businesses grow on TikTok. You will assist with client operations, help localize and translate sales/playbook materials, and take ownership of internal projects that improve how we support advertisers. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support day-to-day operational needs for the SMB Korea team and advertisers - Assist with onboarding and early-stage support for new TikTok Shop advertisers - Localize and translate playbooks, narratives, and product materials for the Korea market - Prepare campaign documents and simple performance reports - Conduct light market/industry research to support growth initiatives - Own small internal projects to improve workflows or client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Shop, Marketing, Ops, Product)

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
