About this Position

This position supports secondary packaging development and cost-saving projects. You will be involved in testing, regulatory coordination, and sample management while working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

What you´ll do

* Lead the packaging development work for secondary packaging and cost-saving projects (e.g., co-packing, bundle pack)

* Proceed with packaging testing according to the supervisor's requirements and support packaging lab maintenance

* Cooperate with the RA team to complete packaging-related regulatory tasks (e.g., EPR, recycling mark, certificate collection); simple English translation may be required if necessary

* Coordinate samples based on project needs, including requesting and arranging samples from suppliers and managing courier shipments to internal teams or overseas

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Materials-related field is preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory

* Fluency in English is mandatory

* Knowledge in engineering design, manufacturing, or quality control (QC) management is preferred
