We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Transaction Diligence team in Spring 2026. We will invest in you, guide you, and support you throughout your journey at EY.

The role and opportunities

As a part-time Analyst at Transaction Diligence, you'll gain exceptional experience by working with financial due diligence across different sectors. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for conducting financial analyses and offering transaction advice throughout the mergers and acquisition process to the largest and most prominent clients, including corporate entities and private equity firms.

Our primary goal is to offer insights into a company's financial health, enabling clients to make informed buying or selling decisions. This involves helping clients understand business drivers through cutting-edge analytics tools and advanced financial analyses.

Your profile

* Qualifications:

* Currently studying in an accounting or finance-focused master's program (e.g., FIR, FIN, Cand.merc.aud, or cand.polit) or in the last year of your bachelor's with plans to pursue an accounting and finance focused master's program.

* You speak and write English fluently.

* Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
