We're looking for a summer interns to work as a Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Specialist from June to September 2026.
Main responsibilities:
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Early Careers Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end delivery of our Early Talent programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end coordination of internship programs, including:
* Tracking student progress and ensuring completion of hiring documentation.
* Coordinating logistics such as meeting rooms, onboarding sessions, and intern events.
* Act as a point of contact for interns, addressing queries and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
* Manage and coordinate feedback processes, including:
* Collecting and analyzing surveys from both hiring managers and interns.
* Support Early Careers events through:
* On-site attendance and/or coordination activities.
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage candidate applications through the applicant tracking system (Avature), including:
* Screening applications and shortlisting CVs based on role requirements.
* Act as an employer ambassador, promoting the Siemens Software brand throughout the Early Careers recruitment cycle.
Qualifications & Skills
* Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or a related field).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organized with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
* Interest in social media and employer branding activities.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
