Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee Data Analyst to support our Business Intelligence team in delivering reliable reporting and actionable insights to business stakeholders. The trainee will assist in maintaining dashboards and ensuring data accuracy across reporting processes.

This role is ideal for someone interested in how data supports operational and strategic decisions across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and maintaining recurring business reports and dashboards used by leadership and operational teams.
* Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
* Extract and organize data from internal databases or reporting systems.
* Assist in documenting reporting logic, KPI definitions, and data sources.
* Monitor and troubleshoot issues in existing reports and dashboards.
* Support ad-hoc analysis requests from retail teams.
* Contribute to improving reporting efficiency through AI Proficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, general formulas).
* Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction (Basic test will be provided).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Commitment to improve as fast as possible.
* Advanced Problem Solving Skills (Requires Test for Final Interview).
