About this Position

Join our Regional Finance team and gain hands-on experience supporting financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business partnering across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa. This internship offers exposure to regional finance operations, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic business projects while building a strong foundation for a future career in finance.

What you´ll do

* Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for regional leadership.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units and countries.
* Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
* Support cost tracking, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
* Prepare reports and presentations for finance and business review meetings.
* Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
* Assist in improving finance processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support internal controls, compliance activities, and financial documentation.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR on finance-related projects.
* Participate in regional strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses as required

What makes you a good fit

* Recent graduate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
* Previous internship or project experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics is preferred.
