1. Configure and maintain merchant/campaign management systems (e.g., promo setup, subsidy parameters, activity templates). 2. Design and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce error rates. 3. Collaborate with BDs to identify repetitive tasks and develop standardized SOPs. 4. Build and maintain data dashboards/trackers to monitor process performance and key metrics. 5. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new system features and provide feedback to product teams. 6. Document system configurations, process flows, and best practices for team knowledge sharing. 7. Support ad-hoc data analysis related to campaign setup, promotion mechanics, and subsidy allocation

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2. Strong logical thinking and attention to detail Proficient in nalytics sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus. 3. Comfortable working with system backends and configuration interfaces. 4. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). 5. Self-driven with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Interest in food delivery / local services industry is a plus
