Intern - Front Desk

We're excited to offer an opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in Front Office, specifically at the Front Desk. This internship will give you hands-on experience in guest interaction, front desk operations, and the daily rhythm of a busy hotel environment. We are looking for an intern for a 6-month period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
* Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out experience
* Anticipate and respond to guest needs, inquiries, and requests with a helpful attitude
* Resolve any guest issues or concerns with care and a positive approach
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Previous exposure to a front desk or guest service environment is an advantage
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including morning and night shifts
* Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage
