In this role, you will support Lenovo's Slovakia In-House Payroll Team with daily payroll administration and operational activities. The role involves working with employee documentation, supporting payroll data preparation, and cooperating with HR stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery in line with local legislation and internal policies.

What You Will Do

* Support daily payroll administrative activities in a timely and accurate manner
* Process and maintain employee payroll documentation (new hires, sick leave, terminations, and other records)
* Prepare and manage payroll input data using internal systems and tools
* Support payroll calculations and end-to-end payroll processing Support payroll-related queries and administrative requests
* Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal payroll procedures
* Maintain payroll archives and documentation Cooperate with HR and other internal stakeholders

What We Need From You

* Willingness to learn and can-do attitude.
* You're a Full-Time Student at a Slovak University.
* Availability for up to 20 hours a week.
* English Language (B2 or higher) and Slovak Language (B2 or higher)
* For non-EU citizens - valid Residence/Work Permit.

What We Expect From You

* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
* Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with a diverse, international team
* Experience in a Service Center and/or HR Payroll environment is an advantage
