Welcome to Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid & Thompson Madrid!
The Hyatt family at our two hotels continues to grow, and we are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our two 5-star hotels located in the heart of Madrid.
The main responsibility will be to support the team with daily administrative and general tasks, including:
* Assisting in the creation of hotel collateral and promotional materials.
* Preparing presentations for the various promotional activities carried out at the hotels.
* Supporting the planning and organization of marketing events: before, during, and after the event.
* Monitoring all social media platforms for both hotels: generating traffic, reviewing content, and tracking engagement KPIs.
* Evaluating trending content in events, social media, and commercial areas.
* Managing and updating the website through CMS and internal providers.
* Other administrative tasks related to collaboration with different departments.
Requirements:
* This is a full-time paid internship, Monday to Friday.
* A mandatory requirement is the possibility to sign an internship agreement with your school/university. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications that do not meet this requirement.
* Studies related to Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication. Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or similar programs is a must.
* We are looking for a creative individual who challenges conventional thinking and has an innovative mindset.
* Fluent/advanced English is essential for this internship
