What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as a Recruiting Trainee located in Madrid.

Key responsibilities include:
The Recruiting Trainee will support designated BCG X Recruitment Team members in a variety of tasks related to full-life cycle recruiting. This position requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times and is able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change.
You must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently, prioritize work, and have a proactive approach. You have an outstanding ability to multi-task, as well as, superior organizational skills. Attention to detail and strong customer service ethic are needed for success.

Key responsibilities include:
* Provide hands-on support across administrative recruiting activities, including contract and offer letters creation
* Support coordination with students and universities for internship placements, ensuring documentation is in place and timelines are respected
* Actively support recruiters during Campus Recruiting and in-office recruiting events
* Support candidate scheduling activities as required, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process
* Serve as a host for in-person candidate interviews
* Initiate and process candidate expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
YOU'RE GOOD AT
* Clear written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
* Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines
* Maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach
* Building positive and collaborative working relationships
* Working effectively in a team and adapting to change
* Managing workload during peak recruiting periods
* Handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality

What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree (or in the process of obtaining one for a part-time internship)
* Strong interest in recruiting and HR topics
* A proactive can-do attitude
* High attention to detail and quality of work
* Confidence in following up with a structured, organized approach
* Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English and Spanish
To be a full-time internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (up to 5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the official recognition date in Spain.
* Must not have worked under a training contract (convenio extracurricular) with the company for more than 3 months, excluding mandatory curricular internships.
* Must not have held an internship contract (contrato en prácticas) for more than 1 year at any company (work history / vida laboral required).
* Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
