Job Description:

As a member of the design team, you will:
* Learn to design and create fun, immersive gameplay mechanics and/or meta-game features for racing games.
* Balance gameplay and progression systems to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
* Maintain clear and thorough design documentation.
* Analyze and benchmark reference games to inform design decisions.

Qualifications:

What you need to succeed
* Eligible for an internship agreement with a School or University.
* Basic knowledge of game design principles (3Cs, learning curves, difficulty balancing, pacing & progression, accessibility…).
* Proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Intermediate level of English.
* Able to visually communicate ideas using tools like Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, SketchUp, etc.
