At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city's newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented students to join our Finance Internship Program. If you are passionate about hospitality, numbers, and learning how financial operations support a luxury hotel, this internship is a unique opportunity to grow within our Finance Department.
The Accounts Payable Trainee plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily financial operations, supporting vendor relations, and maintaining accurate and timely payment processes.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

What You'll Do

* Assist in the processing and verification of supplier invoices
* Ensure invoices comply with internal policies before posting
* Support with invoice matching (PO, delivery notes, and approvals)
* Help maintain vendor records and follow up on pending documents
* Support in preparing weekly payment runs
* Collaborate with the Purchasing and Receiving teams to resolve discrepancies
* Assist with month-end closing tasks within Accounts Payable
* Perform administrative and finance-related tasks to support the team

Who You Are

* Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Hospitality Management student
(able to sign an internship agreement)
* Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus
* Organized, analytical, and attentive to detail
* Comfortable working with numbers and Excel
* Available for a minimum of 5 months
* Eligible for internships in Spain/EU
