Support in financial and tax reporting Support in Month End Closing activities Follow up on Cost Center expenses Identify and propose improvements in expenses follow up. KPI's follow up Bank reconcilations support Help on clearing AP and AR Price creation in system Journal entry creation Marketing and Sales tracking reports Preparation of spreadsheets such as debtors, income and contact details for the finance department and others Dealing with queries from suppliers, members and colleagues Ad hoc requests from Accounts Assistant or Head of Finance This role involves analyzing financial data to identify problems, propose solutions, and make sound financial decisions that align with company objectives. The Finance Trainee collaborates with teams across departments to gather financial information, provide insights, and support the overall financial strategy of the organization. While in a trainee position, there may be opportunities for the Finance Trainee to demonstrate leadership skills by assisting junior team members and providing guidance on financial tasks

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and good attention to detail. Polite. Punctual. The ability to work collaboratively within a small team and to contribute to the wider work of the IA. A premium is placed on an open and friendly personality. Fluent in Spanish and English
