Descripción del puesto:

* Use strong quantitative and analytical abilities to integrate and assess data
* Develop customized analysis tools
* Synthesize analytical results to provide action-oriented recommendations
* Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
* Take initiative in both client engagements and internal projects
* Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams and, on occasion, clients
* Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
* The role requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team-working skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:
* Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations
* Execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources
* Articulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries
* Execution, oriented by case manager, of final deliverables

Qualifications

* Little is seeking candidates with these specified qualifications:
* Currently coursing undergraduate studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) with a strong academic record - degree should be awarded from a leading school
* Previous relevant experience (e.g., internship) in top companies within their industry is highly valued
* Excellent level of English and Spanish is essential - other languages are also desirable
