Your main objectives will be as follows:
* Support the global Organizational&Development team with change management activities to ensure sustainable change and data management.
* Provide and analyze data for decision-making.
* Assist in translating organizational design and accurately tracking data.
* Contribute to ensuring the proper landing of One DBS organizational design and its adjustments through solid change management-related activities.

* You are current studing or have completed a degree in ADE, CTA, Technical Engineering, Business, or similar.
* You have analytical capacity.
* You have strong communication skills.
* You are fluent in English.
* Your Excel level is high.
* And above all... you are eager to learn in a multinational like Danone 🙂
