PRIMARY MISSION: Our Compliance team, consists of 5 Compliance Officers and Regional Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the compliance topics in more than 20 entities around Africa, Asia and Latin America through a network of +20 compliance officers KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: What is expected of you? To support in the following main activities: * Monitoring activity - review and evaluate the reporting requirements related with the compliance activity (compliance risks, sanctions, anti-money laundering, regulatory reviews, Group reviews, Data privacy) of the entities under IMA responsibility to ensure consistency and accurateness of the content * Corporate committees' agenda - assembly compliance topics into agendas and presentations for Audit Committee, Risk Compliance and Audit Committee and IMa Compliance community * Compliance testing activity - provides support in reviewing data bases, selecting and analysing samples and aggregating the results * Provides support for compliance team members for all compliance areas: ethics, financial crime, data privacy * Performs other duties as may be given by IMA Chief Compliance Officer PROFILE: What you bring to the role? * Completed university studies and/ or pending additional post graduate studies * Excellent written & verbal English language skills; other languages (e.g. French) is a plus * Organizational ability * Business awareness * Computer literacy - excellent capabilities in Excel, ppt * High standards of ethics and professionalism * Previous legal, compliance or audit experience (desirable but not essential) Availability to start immediately At AXA, we actively promote Diversity and Inclusion by offering equal opportunities.
